The Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung is published by a limited company that is 93.7 percent owned by the Fazit foundation. Their editorial policy is decided cooperatively by five editors, which also defines the vision of the paper. The Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung maintained a conservative appearance until 2007, with Fraktur headlines and no coloured pictures on its front page. It has one of world's largest correspondent networks and the highest international circulation of all German quality newspapers worldwide.
