In 2009, the Polish Infor publishing house merged its business and legal newspaper Gazeta Prawna with the liberal conservative daily Dziennik, which until then had been published by Axel Springer Verlag, to form Dziennik Gazeta Prawna. Axel Springer retained 49 percent of the shares until Infor acquired them from the German publisher in March 2018. Dziennik Gazeta Prawna represents centrist and centre-right positions.
