Hospodářské noviny (English: Economic Newspaper) is the Czech Republic's best newspaper in terms of quality. Analytical, opinionated and modern in its presentation, it is read by decision-makers in politics and business, despite its small circulation. Hospodářské noviny is published by the Economia publishing group, which is owned by Czech entrepreneur Zdeněk Bakala and also publishes the weekly Respekt and the newssite Aktuálně.cz.
