The business and financial paper La Tribune was founded in 1985 as part of the Agence économique et financière (AGEFI) group. It was rescued from bankruptcy in 2011. Since 2012 the paper has only an online version and a print version which is published once a week. After the paper was taken over by Marseille shipping magnate Rodolphe Saadé in 2023, a Sunday edition, La Tribune Dimanche, was launched with a strong focus on culture and lifestyle topics.
