Established in 1993, the monthly magazine Rīgas Laiks is mainly aimed at an intellectual audience. In addition to the articles of investigative journalists it features stories on prominent public figures in Latvia and abroad and numerous interviews. The magazine has also been published in Russian four times a year since 2012, and in 2017 an English online edition was launched.
