The Stuttgarter Zeigung is a regional paper that has shared an editiorial department with the Stuttgarter Nachrichten at the Pressehaus Stuttgart since 2016 and is sold throughout the Stuttgart region in the south of Germany. It has drawn criticism for backing the controversial urban development project Stuttgart 21. In 2009 it won the European Regional Newspaper of the Year prize at the European Newspaper Awards.
