Baltic News Service (BNS) is the largest news agency in the Baltic region. Founded in 1990, it has been owned by the Estonian Postimees Group since 2014. BNS has offices in Vilnius, Riga and Tallinn. Its subscribers receive over 1,000 news articles in Lithuanian, Latvian, Estonian, Russian and English every day. Some of the content is then published on the website, where it can be accessed for free. Commentary pieces by BNS writers also appear in other media.
