Lb.ua is one of the larger Ukrainian websites and features news in two languages, though increasingly more often only in Ukrainian. From 2008 to 2011, it also featured a Russian-language weekly by the name of Levy Bereg (left bank), which was shut down for financial reasons. Lb.ua works closely with the Gorschenin Institute. The Gorschenin Institute is the most renowned think tank in the Ukraine and cooperates with the Friedrich Ebert Foundation among others.
